The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of art. 6 points 1 lit. b) RODO and solely for the purpose of representation by the insurance broker within the limits of its statutory rights and obligations and possible pursuing claims related to insurance contract concluded with you / the insurance company - the legal basis for data processing is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the insured person.

Your personal data will be kept for the period in which the law requires entrepreneurs to store documentation and fulfill their obligations under it.
The right to access personal data:
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it and the right to limit its processing. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to data transfer and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body:
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, when you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Consequences of not providing personal data:
Providing your personal data by yourself is voluntary, at the same time it is necessary to conclude a guarantee contract, insurance contract, group insurance contract for you, and failure to do so will result in the inability to conclude a contract for your behalf and possible pursuit of claims / benefits.
